We are searching for our next Senior Property Manager to join our successful team.

The Role

  • Oversee the day -to day operations of a small tidy portfolio
  • Liaising with landlords & tenants
  • Arranging maintenance
  • Completing exit condition reports
  • Assistant to complete routine inspections & entry condition reports
  • No trust accounting

  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - No weekends
  • Phone & parking provided
  • Work from home 1 day per week

  • Salary based on experience & negotiable for the right person

  • Leasing support provided- no inspections required by you & they will process your applications
  • Receptionist & VA to assist with admin tasks
  • Property Me, IRE, Trello software used
  • Full training provided of our systems which includes helpful checklists
  • Organise your own day and no micro-management

What We Need From You
  • A current QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Drivers license & own reliable vehicle
