Land and Built-Form Site Acquisition Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to source on-market and off-market sites for large scale masterplanned communities, infill apartments sites and other residential developments. Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing off-market residential land and built-form sites.
  • Evaluating property acquisition opportunities in line with acquisition briefs.
  • Negotiating direct with land owners.
  • Structuring deals and preparing joint venture submissions.
  • Conducting financial modeling for new acquisitions.
  • Providing market and competitor research as required.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong track record of acquiring land or built-form Residential sites, be confident with feasibilities, deal structuring and partnering agreements, and possess a down-to-earth persona. The ideal candidate is well networked within agents and land owners, thrives on chasing down deals, and is adept at identifying opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
