Job Title: Service and Warranty Coordinator

The role of a Service and Warranty Coordinator is pivotal within our Service and Warranty team, where they directly report to the Team Leader. The main focus of this position lies in providing seamless administrative support by coordinating inspections and scheduling trades, ensuring a smooth and positive post-build experience for our new homeowners.

About The Opportunity:
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Efficiently coordinate calendars for our Serviceteam, including organizing appointments, trades, and optimizing serviceperson's time usage
  • Maintain accurate records of service reports, materials ordering, and returned onsite paperwork processing
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete various administrative tasks efficiently with high attention to detail
