Job Summary

As a skilled mechanical services professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients in the efficient operation of their machines.

Your technical expertise and strong communication skills will enable you to provide hands-on service work, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate activities.

This is a physically demanding role that requires travel within Australia and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete field machine inspections and provide liaison services between customers and sales personnel.
  • Perform technical evaluations, analyze equipment failures, and understand drawings and schematics.
  • Supervise Field Service projects on customer sites and escalate questions to Technical Support and Engineering as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Mechanical trade qualification or relevant experience.
  • Understanding and compliance to safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics and written instructions.
