Job Title: Equity Sales Trader

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Equity Sales Trader to join our team. As a key member of our Institutional Sales group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing strategic advice and guidance on investment opportunities, and executing trades to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, pension funds, and other investment managers
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on investment opportunities, including equity research, market analysis, and trading strategies
  • Execute trades on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution of buy and sell orders
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate with other teams, including research, trading, and risk management, to ensure seamless execution of client trades

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of sales trading experience, with a strong background in equity markets and trading
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex market data and provide insightful recommendations
  • Fluency in additional languages a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
