About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Systematic Trader to join our team at Susquehanna Growth Equity. As a Quantitative Systematic Trader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quantitative trading strategies using advanced mathematical and statistical techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement quantitative trading strategies using machine learning, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns.

Requirements
  • PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in programming languages such as Python and C++.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in strategic games and/or competitive activities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
