Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our organization. As an attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice that is clear and practical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a genuine partner to the business – delivering technically excellent legal advice that is clear and practical.
  • Drive corporate transactions across the full deal lifecycle, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing timelines, supporting legal and financial documentation processes, and ensuring all deal-related activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop strategies to protect our interests and support business goals.
  • Communicate complex legal concepts in clear, actionable terms for non-legal audiences.
  • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, fund documents and governance materials.
  • Manage relationships with external counsel, ensuring delivery of high-quality and cost-effective legal services that complement our expertise.
  • Support broader Legal, Governance and Compliance initiatives, from developing precedents and policies to delivering training that strengthen our framework.

Requirements:

  • A current practising certificate and approximately 5–7 years' PQE with a strong foundation at a top-tier firm in transactional work (M&A, funds management, finance, capital markets).
  • Experience in real estate or an in-house environment (including on client secondment) will be highly regarded but is not essential.
  • Outstanding technical, analytical and drafting skills with a proven ability to simplify complex legal issues for commercial stakeholders.
  • A proactive self-starter with a willingness to pitch in and get things done.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence decisions and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Flexible team player, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
