Lease Administrator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator to oversee the lease administration function across all subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure lease documentation accurately reflects agreed commercial terms and conforms to standard landlord templates where applicable.
  • Review and negotiate terms in line with company policies and relevant legislation, where no standard form exists.
  • Maintain the integrity of our property database and oversee monthly rent payments.
  • Prepare lease summaries and arrange director execution of documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years' experience in lease administration teams.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in law or contract administration.
  • Paralegal background highly desired.
