Strata Management Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Strata Management Professional to join our team at the Sunshine Coast branch.


This role offers the opportunity to build your strata knowledge and work closely with experienced Strata Managers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of Body Corporate Management Agreements
  • Maintaining relationships with committee members via email or phone
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping for building schemes
  • Preparing and updating meeting records and documents

Key Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Experience in property management, strata/body corporate, or real estate (desired)
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
