Strata Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Strata Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Strata Managers in the delivery of professional strata management services to our clients.

- You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of strata law and practice to provide high-quality support to our managers
- Assist with the coordination of Body Corporate Management Agreements, including repairs and maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance
- Engage with committee members via email or phone to provide information and handle situations related to building schemes
- Maintain accurate records and documents related to building schemes within our document management system
- Prepare and update meeting records and documents such as minutes and agendas using our digital document transaction system

- Has excellent communication and organizational skills?
- Experience in property management, strata/body corporate, or real estate is ideal but if you have the right attitude, you're encouraged to apply?
- A superstar with administration skills?
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer savvy in general?
- Able to problem-solve and think critically?
- Excellent relationship-building skills?
