SSKB currently has an exciting full-time position available within the Gold Coast Strata team.

As an **Assistant Community Manager / Community Manager** (ACM/CM), this position has a variety of responsibilities and would suit a hands-on individual who can juggle multiple priorities at the one time.

Developing and maintaining effective professional working relationships with the Committee, you will be responsible for ensuring the building and common areas are well maintained for the benefit of all residents.

You will manage a portfolio of schemes and will be responsible for:

- Managing both residential and commercial strata properties
- Planning, arranging and attending meetings
- Preparing and distributing notices, agendas and minutes
- Managing financial matters with our in-house accountants
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Assisting in the lodgment of insurance claims
- Answering queries and providing advice
- Preparing budgets, review financials and arrears
- Correspondence and dispute resolution

**About You**

To be successful in this position you will love administration and juggling multiple priorities at once. You will also have excellent customer service skills and ideally experience within the property industry - but not necessarily. You will also have:

- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and prioritisation skills second to none
- High attention to detail - every detail counts
