We're seeking a customer-focused Assistant to join our Sunshine Coast branch team, supporting Strata Managers with building knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Strata Managers
  • Assist with delivery of Body Corporate Management Agreements
  • Engage with committee members via email or phone
  • Maintain documents and records within a document management system
  • Prepare meeting records and documents using a digital transaction system

A successful candidate will have a friendly attitude, experience in property management or administration, strong problem-solving skills, and great relationship-building abilities.
