Senior Program Scheduler

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our program and project planning efforts, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of agreed scope.
This critical role will work closely with program or project managers and key stakeholders to define all aspects of the program or project scope. The successful candidate will provide clarity on key milestones and lead on all aspects of product-based planning, including the development, updating and monitoring of resource-based schedules.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and facilitating product-based planning workshops, developing product breakdown structures, product flow diagrams and resource-based schedules. Experience in complex Information and Communication Technology (ICT) program and project environments using scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project/Project Online is highly desirable.
In addition to technical skills, the selected candidate will possess high-level written and interpersonal communication skills, enabling them to provide specialist planning and scheduling advice and support.
Responsibilities- Lead program and project planning efforts to ensure timely and efficient delivery of agreed scope.
- Collaborate with program or project managers and key stakeholders to define all aspects of program or project scope.
- Develop and maintain product-based plans, including resource allocation and dependency management.
- Facilitate planning workshops to develop product breakdown structures and product flow diagrams.
- Provide specialist advice on program and project planning and scheduling to ensure optimal delivery of agreed scope.
- Demonstrated experience leading and facilitating product-based planning workshops.
- Proven track record in complex ICT program and project environments using scheduling tools.
- High-level written and interpersonal communication skills.
A temporary position available for mid-senior level candidates with a focus on Information Technology within the Hospitals and Health Care industry.
