Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Latrobe Valley/Baw Baw area. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, hygiene, and household duties
  • Accompany clients to social events, work, and appointments, promoting their independence and autonomy
  • Administer medication and provide medical support as needed
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support and care for our clients
Requirements
  • Passion for working with people with disabilities and a commitment to their well-being
  • Desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others
  • Willingness to learn new skills and participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and other relevant certifications
