Disability Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Melba Support Services. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to lead everyday lives of their choice.
Key Responsibilities- Implement support plans based on the needs, preferences, and interests of the individuals we support.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, hygiene, and household duties.
- Aid individuals to participate in activities, social events, work, and appointments.
- Promote personal choice and control for the individuals we support.
- Administer medication as required.
- A passion for enabling and working with people with disabilities.
- Desire for meaningful work and comfort in providing daily living support.
- Willingness to learn new skills and undertake ongoing training.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- A supportive and collaborative culture where your contributions make a real impact.
