Internal Communications and Event Specialist Role

This role is designed to foster a culture of connection and engagement across the organization.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Communications Manager, People & Culture team, CEO and business leaders to bring our brand story to life through internal communications and events.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our intranet and newsletters, supporting events, and developing social media content that showcases our company's values and mission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing internal communications strategies
  • Creating and sharing content that tells our company story on LinkedIn and other channels
  • Managing our intranet and ensuring it remains fresh, engaging, and on-brand
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support events and ensure successful execution
