Internal Communications Specialist Role\

We are seeking a skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our team on a permanent full-time contract.

About the Opportunity

  • Execute our internal communications strategy and events, serving as a point of contact for leaders and partners.
  • Support teams by ensuring all communications received from the business are brand-aligned, clear, concise, and purposeful.
  • Keep teams informed through various mediums, including online, print, video, internal social media, and owned external channels.
  • Develop cohesive communications plans and collaborate with business teams for key events, change initiatives, brand launches, and other projects.
  • Support talent acquisition strategy through external thought leadership and website content to drive brand awareness.
  • Contribute to Transformation by providing communications expertise to drive engagement around key forums and change management.

About You

  • Hold experience in a similar role, ideally an in-house communications position.
  • Have experience working in strategic communication and change management.
  • Be proficient in creating creative content using various tools.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and changing circumstances.
  • Exhibit a customer-centric mindset and maintain a positive personal brand.
  • Articulate solutions and influence key stakeholders.
  • Display a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Possess a strong understanding of social engagement platforms.
  • Previous experience working for large and complex organizations is desirable.
