**About the Company**:
Boutique Consulting is working on behalf of our client who is a team of specialist lenders providing quick and easy loans for medical professionals around Australia. They are looking for an Events specialist to join their team.

**About the Role**:
An Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and creative marketing team in an Australian wide financial services organisation with a dedicated Focus on medical, dental, veterinary, and healthcare professions.

The Event Specialist will be integral team member, responsible for creating a lasting impression among clients.

This is a Fulltime perm role based in Sydney, on occasion it will include out of hours and weekend work and occasional travel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee events strategy for business
- Identify and coordinate our participation in events and sponsorship initiatives - in particular trade shows and third-party events
- End to end event management, including leveraging EMS platform to execute event communications to our growing audience.
- Negotiate with event and sponsorship partners for the best packages
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to execute events and sponsorships
- Champion for chosen event and sponsorship initiatives driving internal participation and engagement
- Measure and report performance of all sponsorships, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to plan for and prepare digital and print based pre-, during and post-event promotional packs and products to support marketing activities
- Source and efficiently purchase promotional items for the businesses
- Utilise support of Marketing Coordinator for event execution
- Communicate the vision and mission at all events and sponsorships as applicable
- As a brand ambassador, ensure all communications used internally and externally are on brand according to guidelines and brand toolkits

**About You**:

- Prior event experience, in particular trade shows, will be a huge advantage
- Tertiary qualifications in Event Management or Marketing or any satisfactory combination of experience and training, which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven high attention to detail
- Excellent time management with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and agile environment
- Passion, dedication and commitment to marketing and communications with a great attitude that embraces a positive work culture and a healthy work ethic
- Ability to develop, layout, and follow through on a detailed events strategy
- Resilient, organised, proactive and disciplined
- Performs well in a fast-paced environment and works collaboratively with colleagues
