Requirements

  2. Demonstrated experience leading major infrastructure projects (>$50M) through all phases—from design and tendering to construction, commissioning, and completion.">
  3. Proven ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders including funding bodies, councils, consultants, and contractors to achieve project outcomes.">
  4. Sound knowledge of project management frameworks, with strong capabilities in scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.">
  5. Strong understanding of legislative requirements, including the Building Code of Australia, Australian Standards, and local authority regulations.">
  6. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, submissions, and tenders, and to negotiate effectively in complex stakeholder environments.">
