A nation-shaping infrastructure project beckons for a seasoned professional, presenting an opportunity to grow your career and work alongside experienced specialists in the Digital Infrastructure industry.

Aurecon's Program Performance team is expanding across Australia, and we're seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our Melbourne team. This role has significant growth potential for the right candidate, offering a chance to lead and manage a team while connecting with Regional and Industry leaders in the Digital Infrastructure field.

This strategic position involves managing multiple Data Centre projects to ensure they meet client expectations, timeframes, costs, and specifications. You will lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Project Controllers, fostering their professional growth and development. Collaboration with Regional Digital Infrastructure Industry Leaders and Regional Leads is also crucial for reporting on project progress and building client relationships.

A broad range of experiences throughout your career and the ability to demonstrate teamwork skills are also essential. Alongside your industry experience in a similar role, you should have:

  • Strong project delivery experience across the full lifecycle of data centre developments, with demonstrated experience of having delivered a data centre end to end.
  • Desire to lead, grow, and develop a group of emerging Data Centre Project Managers through sharing your skills and insights gained from your experience.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Project Management qualifications or experience and ideally a background in construction.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to relocate to Melbourne.
