Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Design Manager to lead our Water Infrastructure team, with opportunities to work across Australia and New Zealand.

This role offers expertise in water infrastructure engineering and design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in delivering complex projects, collaborating with leaders, and contributing to business initiatives.

Our dynamic Water business is committed to providing services to internal and external clients on projects covering water and wastewater treatment, dams, asset management, major conveyance, industrial, civil infrastructure, mining, and defence sectors.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with leaders across our ANZ team, assist with project resourcing, and have the flexibility to base themselves in any of our offices across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project delivery teams and engage with end clients and contractors.
  • Oversee overall design delivery, including finalising design project decisions.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, time, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with ANZ team leaders and contribute to business initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience.
  • Experience in water infrastructure engineering and design.
  • Proven track record in delivering large projects on time and outstanding quality.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Client relationship and management skills.
