Employment Tax Expert Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our national team as an expert in employment tax. You will provide high-quality advice and compliance support to clients across diverse industries, leveraging technology and data insights to deliver expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver In-Depth Employment Tax Analysis: Research and provide written guidance on FBT, Payroll Tax, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, and Salary Packaging.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality: Review and prepare annual FBT returns, payroll tax filings, and superannuation guarantee calculations with precision.
- Engage and Educate: Collaborate directly with clients and regulatory bodies, and lead training seminars for both clients and internal teams.
- Strong Technical and Analytical Skills: 1–3 years of employment tax experience, excellent MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills, and proven confidence in handling data and performing detailed analysis.
- Collaborative Mindset: A strong desire to work as part of a national team supporting clients with complex tax and payroll compliance issues.
- Adaptable and Growth-Oriented: Able to manage multiple priorities independently and within teams, with a strong attention to detail and a desire to continuously learn and embrace new technologies and ways of working.
