Job Title: Employment Tax Expert

Shape your career with a leading professional services firm. As an employment tax expert, you will advise and support clients on all aspects of employment taxation.


The Opportunity

As our expert, you will work with Australian-based and multinational clients across the country, providing employment tax advice and compliance support. You'll collaborate across teams, deliver training to clients and colleagues, and leverage technology and data insights to drive innovation.


You'll have the opportunity to work on various projects, including:

  • Managing large, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Providing expert employment tax advice and compliance support
  • Leveraging technology and data insights to drive innovation

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire: Guide junior staff across Australia, manage large projects, and serve as the key client contact.
  • Deliver Employment Tax Expertise: Advise clients on all aspects of employment tax, review key deliverables, and use technology and big data to support compliance and generate insights.
  • Drive Innovation and Engagement: Use technology and big data to support compliance, liaise with clients and regulatory bodies, and deliver impactful training seminars.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Extensive Employment Tax Experience: Over 5 years of delivering employment tax compliance and consulting services to large multinational organizations.
  • Technical and Analytical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office applications, alongside proven data analytics capabilities.
  • Effective and Flexible Work Style: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently and collaboratively, and experience with automating tax processes.
