Our business is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a skilled professional to help us achieve our goals. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and marketing initiatives across the ANZ region.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business marketing concepts and practices, as well as technical skills to support working with social media, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, design software programs (Adobe Suite), and marketing automation tools like Marketo and Yesware.

You'll work closely with our BDMs, Account Managers, marketing function, and recruitment team to ensure high levels of engagement are met, quotas are achieved, and so much more.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales and marketing function across ANZ
  • Plan, strategize, and manage sales and marketing programs within provided budgets
  • Support BDMs in accomplishing their revenue objectives
  • Run Demand Generation programs to build a sales pipeline
  • Work with clients, sales, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage all customer information from lead through to closure in CRM
  • Help prepare RFP/RFQ Documentation
  • Represent our organization at marketing events and trade shows

Requirements:

  • A foundational understanding of business marketing concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Technical skills to support working with social media, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, design software programs (Adobe Suite), and marketing automation tools like Marketo and Yesware
  • Great communication skills and ability to influence key decision makers
  • Self-management and accountability
  • Good problem and critical thinking skills
  • A Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in a Marketing role
