**Job Overview:**
This position involves coordinating and enhancing contract management & compliance.
The role requires the development of systems, processes, and procedures to ensure timely and responsive customer service for a diverse range of stakeholders.
Collaboration with colleagues is essential in developing systems, processes, and procedures to improve contract management and compliance at Australian Centre for Disease Preparedness (ACDP).
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues to develop systems, processes, and procedures for contract management and compliance at ACDP. They will also undertake activities to assess vendors and financial data to determine service categories that require a procurement process and a CSIRO Contract.
Leveraging and influencing internal and external stakeholder relationships to engage the ACDP team in their contract lifecycle management responsibilities and compliance management by way of effective communication, education, negotiation, and issues management is key to this role.
The Coordinator will monitor compliance with legislative, OGTR, and other governing authorities' requirements, CSIRO procedures, including Finance, Procurement, Health Safety & Environment (HSE), contractor security clearances, inductions, and similar activities that may have an impact on site and personnel operations, safety, and the environment.
Using discipline expertise, the Coordinator will develop and review policies, procedures, systems, and make recommendations to guide management decisions.
The position provides consultative support to achieve collaborative results to drive value for money and economies of scale.
