Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Lifestyle Services Officer. This role will involve assisting with the design, delivery and monitoring of group and individual recreational activities. You will also be responsible for coordinating activities and therapies as directed by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging recreational activities
  • Coordinate activities and therapies according to organizational guidelines
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation of activities and therapies
  • Facilitate community engagement opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Leisure & Lifestyle/Divisional Therapy (preferred)
  • Relevant qualification from a registered trade organization (desired)
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite
  • Highly motivated and able to take initiative
  • Excellent communication style, ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels
