University Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a University Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a crucial role in our campus recruitment efforts.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting events to careers services and student societies, preparing for recruitment events, attending on-campus events, and assisting with contract preparation and administration.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and adaptability. Experience in campus or student recruitment, high-volume recruitment support, or marketing roles is desirable.

This 12-month contract opportunity is based in Canberra, requiring flexibility, including occasional evening events and overtime during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote events by sending promotional materials to careers services and student societies.
  • Prepare for recruitment events, including managing registrations, coordinating logistics, and setting up event schedules.
  • Attend recruitment events on campus, at our offices, and virtually.
  • Assist with contract preparation and administration.
  • Support the onboarding process of interns and graduates.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for our Early Identification Programs.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with experience in campus or student recruitment, high-volume recruitment support, or marketing roles.
