Security Position

We are seeking an experienced security professional to provide exceptional customer service and support our clients across various locations.

This role involves building strong relationships, managing access control, responding to requests, ensuring safety and security, and handling emergency situations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive work environment, while promoting our values and mission.

Requirements
  • A current full security license from NSW, VIC, SA, WA, ACT, or QLD, including crowd control where applicable.
  • An Apply First Aid Certificate.
  • A cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate.
  • Previous retail security experience is welcomed but not essential.
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to take ownership of service delivery.
  • The ability to complete reports using various platforms.
  • Excellent presentation and corporate-appropriate grooming.
  • High-level problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to respond to emergency situations.
  • Valid work rights in Australia.
  • Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours.
  • Availability across 7 days/nights.
