Electronics Installation Technician

About the Job:

This role involves installing, servicing and maintaining various electronic security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cable installation for alarm, access control, CCTV and intercom systems
  • Installation and maintenance of voice and data systems

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • 1-2 years' experience in the electronics industry (preferred but not essential)
  • A current driver's license (manual)
  • A white card - work-cover WH&S general induction card
  • Be keen, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Be honest and reliable

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A current 2BF Security License (or ability to qualify for a NSW Security License with a police check)
  • An OPEN ACMA Cabling License
  • An EWP License
  • General computer literacy and networking/IP knowledge
  • Experience with Inner Range Integriti, TECOM Challenger and Bosch (knowledge of other systems an advantage)
