Central Coast Local Health District is seeking dedicated and professional Security Officers to ensure the safety of staff, patients, and visitors across its facilities.

This role involves delivering prompt and efficient security services, ensuring the safety and protection of everyone on site. You will be responsible for monitoring access to hospitals, responding to security alarms, assisting with emergency situations, and providing support in managing aggressive persons when needed.

You will work closely with hospital staff to maintain a secure and calm environment, upholding all relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Current 1A Security Licence
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Unrestricted Driver's Licence
  • Experience handling access control, intruder alarms, and duress alarms
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
