Job Description:

The Loss Prevention Associate is responsible for maintaining store security by minimizing shrinkage, reducing criminal activity, responding to incidents and ensuring compliance with company policies.

This role involves:

  • Responding to incidents and completing high-profile activities
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring operational physical security systems
  • Building relationships with stakeholders
  • Promoting policy compliance

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Incident response and investigation
  • Customer service and relations
  • Physical security system maintenance
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Policy implementation and adherence

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in loss prevention (desired)
  • A relevant state security license (desired)
  • Strong background in customer service, particularly in Retail or Hospitality
  • Current Australian driver's license with access to a motor vehicle
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
