Job Overview

The ideal candidate will lead smooth onboarding, support transitions and service improvement projects, driving operational excellence by working with teams to deliver top-tier IT managed services for government and enterprise clients.

About the Role
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of customers in Managed Services to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Drive service improvements and close gaps to enhance delivery quality.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan and deliver effective transitions and improvements.
  • Review proposals and designs to ensure they meet support standards.
  • Coordinate teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Support new business and tenders with technical expertise.
  • Build strong relationships to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong experience in IT Managed Services, operations and technical leadership is required.
  • A proven track record of leading client onboarding, transitions and service improvements is essential.
  • Good knowledge of systems and network engineering (Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, SCCM, ServiceNow) is necessary.
  • Skilled in ITIL, change management and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Able to solve problems and stay calm under pressure.
  • Great at documentation and presenting technical information clearly.
  • Committed to building long-term partnerships and driving service improvement.
