IT & Telecomms Project Management / Team Lead Melbourne Permanent / Full Time perm role 150k + super Hybrid Technical Project Manager – Technology Projects Permanent Role | Melbourne | Hybrid Environment | Salary $150k + super We're working with a well-regarded organisation that's on the lookout for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a range of technology initiatives.
This is a permanent opportunity within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
You'll be responsible for driving complex technical projects from end to end—managing vendors, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring delivery aligns with business needs.
The role will suit someone who thrives on solving problems and bringing structure to ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities : End-to-end delivery of technology-focused projects across multiple domains Work closely with internal tech teams and third-party vendors to deliver against project timelines Manage risks, budgets, dependencies, and project governance activities Facilitate workshops, stand-ups, and stakeholder updates Ensure technical solutions meet both user and business requirements What They're Looking For : Strong project management experience in tech or software environments Solid vendor and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams Excellent communication and reporting capability What's on Offer : Diverse project portfolio and plenty of variety Fast-moving, collaborative culture Long-term career opportunities Hybrid working flexibility If you're a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys being close to the tech and leading delivery, I'd love to chat.
