Advanced Nursing Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Nursing Director to lead our operations and drive strategic planning in patient flow and demand management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for operationalising our strategic intent and ensuring the efficient functioning of our divisional services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of organisational and divisional objectives
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Co-Directors to plan, develop, and implement strategic policies
- Provide high-level advice to stakeholders and health services on contemporary nursing and/or midwifery issues
- Ensure systems that support continuous quality improvement are in place and clinical governance is embedded within the division
We are looking for a registered nurse with significant experience in a senior management role within health, particularly working in a multi-disciplinary clinical environment. You will have effective leadership skills, including highly developed skills in communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation. You will also have a demonstrated ability to analyse and conceptualise problems, formulate and execute appropriate solutions, and negotiate successful outcomes in an innovative and resourceful manner.
