As a key member of our executive team, you will provide professional leadership to all nursing services in Primary and Community Health and be operationally responsible for the Northern Sydney Home Nursing Service and Health Contact Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and operational management of nursing services
  • Lead the nursing workforce and develop strategic plans for nursing workforce issues
  • Collaborate with internal and external agencies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement new models of nursing care and lead change management initiatives
Requirements
  • Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency - Nursing and Midwifery Board of NSW registration without conditions
  • NSW Driver's Licence
  • Compliance with Key Personnel requirements as defined by the Commonwealth Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and the National Disability Insurance Quality and Safeguards Commission
  • Appropriate tertiary management qualifications and extensive senior manager experience working in a Community Health environment
