**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create personalized experiences for customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
  • Achieve set targets and KPIs through effective selling skills and outstanding customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures through in-house training
  • Contribute to operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
