
Vehicle Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Repair Specialist to join our team at Gemini Eagle Farm. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality work in vehicle repair and maintenance.
This is a permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Our modern shop features state-of-the-art equipment, including pulling racks, Car-O-Liner speed benches, and an in-house mechanical workshop.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve production goals, attending daily meetings to discuss progress and address any issues that may arise. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be crucial in eliminating causes of noise and leak complaints.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing high-quality vehicle repairs
- Cooperating with all staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Participating in daily management production meetings
- Conducting final inspections to guarantee repairs meet manufacturer specifications
- Verifying settings and gap dimensions for dimensional accuracy
- Liaising with the Centre Manager regarding staff issues or concerns
- Allocating waste materials to designated storage areas
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in an automotive workshop, preferably in a similar position
- A strong commitment to working safely and adhering to industry standards
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive attitude and ability to build relationships
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
