Enterprise Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Marketing Manager to spearhead go-to-market strategies and campaigns for targeted accounts, ensuring strong alignment with sales and cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute pipeline generation and acceleration programs for key accounts and contacts
  • Formulate annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for strategic sales accounts and contacts, focusing on new logos and accelerating existing opportunities
  • Implement comprehensive enterprise acquisition marketing programs, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments
  • Identify and optimize the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts, incorporating content recycling and creation
  • Collaborate with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategies to add key personas and contacts within accounts
  • Proactively engage and maintain direct alignment with acquisition sales and cross-functional teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
  • Evaluate campaign impact and ROI to determine success and forecast potential future investment

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS or IT vendor (desired)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both internally and externally
  • Experience working with Enterprise and acquisition sales teams
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills
  • Experience building and delivering enterprise marketing campaigns, events, executive, and key account programs
  • Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
