Job Title: Senior Commerce Marketing Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity to support the growth of B2B commerce business, both in AU and across Asia. As a Senior Commerce Marketing Specialist, you will define and execute the GTM marketing strategy to drive revenue impact.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • GTM Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the Commerce marketing strategy for AU/Asia, aligning with the global marketing strategy while ensuring regional needs are met.
    • Demand Generation: Define and execute demand generation strategies and plans for current and new products/solutions, aligned with growth and revenue targets for the Commerce business in AU and across other Asia markets.
    • Operational Know-How: Understand lead flows and sales cycles, and help refine or define lead management best practices and synergies across our martech stack to drive ROI and enable data-driven decision making.
    • Account-based Engagement (ABM): Define and mobilize ABM strategies for 1-1 and 1-few/many programs, targeting key accounts and like accounts.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with B2B commercial and account management teams, Global Marketing, Digital, Product Marketing, and PR teams to create integrated marketing plans and leverage global strategies.
    • Research & Launch of New Products: Support local product and sales teams with market research to identify market potential/opportunity, buyer behavior, target audience, etc., prior to supporting regional launch activity.
    • Events: Own and deliver the Commerce events strategy aligned to APAC business and marketing goals for delivery of demand gen programs for prospects and existing customers.
    • Paid Channels: Develop, execute, and optimize demand generation using paid search and paid social aligned with business goals.
    • Agency Management: Develop, work with, and help manage external agencies to ensure maximum ROI from outsourced spend.
    • Campaign Optimisation: Work with business leaders to track and optimize success based on insights, including metrics such as lead volume, cost per lead, and cost per acquisition.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Responsibility and accountability for marketing lead contribution to revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation, campaign, and events marketing targeting SMB and enterprise segments within technology, payments, retail, or commerce/fintech sectors.
  • Deep industry knowledge of cutting-edge demand generation methods, including funnels, nurture strategies, digital, online, and live events.
  • Extensive experience of B2B digital/inbound marketing, web, and content marketing, leveraging social media to seed demand, SEO/SEM.
  • Analytically-driven decision maker, capturing and sharing key data and insights to drive marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, effectively working with various organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
  • Ability to work to organizational deadlines and KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks, software an advantage but not essential.
