The company is seeking a seasoned senior commercial leader to drive growth and strategic partnerships in our next chapter.

  • Drive Growth and Revenue: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to achieve sustainable revenue growth through sponsorships, partnerships, and new income streams.
  • Build High-Value Partnerships: Identify, develop, and maintain strong partnerships that align with business objectives and maximize value for both parties.
  • Innovate and Create Impact: Design and implement innovative activations and partnership models that enhance brand reputation, drive engagement, and create lasting impact.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Foster strong relationships with corporate partners, government bodies, and the community to unlock funding and collaboration opportunities.
  • Lead and Empower the Team: Inspire and motivate the Commercial team to deliver outstanding partner experiences, exceeding expectations.
  • Ensure Seamless Execution: Oversee the seamless activation of all commercial agreements, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Provide Strategic Insights: Deliver data-driven reporting to inform business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of market trends, maintaining our position as a leader in commercial partnerships.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 7 years of senior leadership experience in commercial, partnership, or business development roles.
  • A well-established network across Australia's business community, including large enterprises and SMEs.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-value partnerships.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, time management, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in organizations reliant on sponsorship and partnerships as core revenue streams.
