About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside Defence counsel on a range of litigation and disputes cases
  • Engage with the Department of Defence, Commonwealth Government, or national security community
  • Deliver high-quality legal services across various portfolios
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of post-admission experience in commercial litigation and disputes or administrative law within the Commonwealth government
  • Current Commonwealth security clearance (NV1 or Baseline)
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a supportive environment
