Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Senior Associate or Special Counsel. This is a rare opportunity to work on secondment with the Department of Defence, where you will collaborate with Defence counsel on various issues.

You will work closely with our team to provide legal services to public sector clients, including government agencies and corporations.

This role offers the chance to leverage your expertise in commercial litigation and disputes, administrative law, and national security matters.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of post-admission experience;">
  • Experience working in commercial litigation and disputes or administrative law, ideally with or within the Commonwealth government;">
  • Candidates with a background working for or with the Department of Defence will be highly regarded;">
  • A current Commonwealth security clearance at NV1 (preferred) or Baseline (minimum).">
