At Benchmark Rehab, we're committed to delivering innovative rehabilitation practices and achieving exceptional outcomes for our clients. Our team of allied health experts drives quality assessments and rehabilitation services, setting the benchmark in the industry.

We're seeking a talented Rehabilitation Counsellor with expertise in undertaking vocational assessments to join our team. As a key member of our allied health team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting diverse clients to regain their lives, while building a breadth of experience.

Clients seek support from us through various schemes, including CTP Insurance and Life Insurance. You'll assist clients involved in motor vehicle accidents or overcoming physical and mental health challenges to resume their daily activities.

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you'll be responsible for assisting a caseload of clients to participate in employment or education, or live independently and access community services. This includes:

  • Vocational Counselling services to support rehabilitation progress and return to life and work outcomes
  • Health coaching, including goal setting, stress management, adjustment to change, building resilience etc
  • Conducting Vocational Assessments
  • Complex case management and disability support services to achieve return to life, education, and work goals

You'll be supported by our Employment Services Consultant for job-seeking or return-to-work services needs.
