As a Senior Submissions Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our Bid Strategy and Process National team. Your primary focus will be on coordinating bids/tenders, working closely with Bid Managers and Precontract Managers to develop key communications documents that enhance our company's reputation and help us win work.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all aspects of submissions are completed and submitted to a consistent, high quality standard by due dates.
  • Ensure submissions accurately reflect our proposed response, follow client requirements, and align with corporate standards.

Requirements
  • Recognised Certificate/Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Communications, or Administration.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role or field, with a proven ability to effectively prioritise and manage time and workload.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to build a high-performing team that delivers excellence.
  • Detailed knowledge and high-level experience in publishing, team management, and planning.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Word features and troubleshooting.
  • Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
