We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Worker to join our team in the Hobart region. As a trusted provider of home health care, education, and support, we strive to enhance the well-being of our clients.

Care Work Opportunities

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing personal care, manual handling, domestic assistance, social support, meal preparation, medication assistance, and transportation to clients in their homes. Experience working with Dementia and Mental Health is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
- Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintaining confidentiality and respecting clients' privacy
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as required
- Adhering to safe work practices and following relevant policies and procedures
- Willingness to undertake training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Certificate III in Aged Care (desired)
- Current Certificates in First Aid and CPR
- Current National Police Check
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Reliable vehicle and driver's licence
