As a Home Care Scheduler, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective scheduling of client services while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves scheduling home care staff to provide continuity in client services that meet each client's needs, as per their specific care plan and service request.

This position requires advanced-level administrative skills and an unwavering commitment to superior customer service delivery. Key responsibilities include maximising utilisation of staff in line with their availability, location, and training competencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule home care staff to deliver high-quality client services.
  • Maximise staff utilisation by ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Ensure all staff and client communication is recorded accurately.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 1 year of experience as a scheduler, evidence of COVID-19 vaccination, and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
