Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Operations Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations at our test centre, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a casual opportunity that requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will work on various shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

Job Description:
  • Customer Service: Provide an outstanding experience to all customers before, during, and after the test – in person. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, offering expert advice relating to official IELTS preparation tools and IDP services.
  • Operations Management: Manage test day activities, including customer registration and supervision of the test. Prepare test day documents, update digital databases and records, oversee and update the schedule of Speaking tests, and ensure secure and confidential materials are properly managed.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure all pre-test, test day, and post-test activities meet IELTS standards. Maintain data security and confidentiality while responding to any incidents or potential security risks.
