Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department.Your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service, while also managing the safety, cost, and profitability of our food and beverage outlets.You will oversee a team of staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they deliver high-quality service to our guests.Responsibilities include:
  • Managing and coordinating team members to achieve exceptional customer service standards
  • Ensuring all staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Monitoring and controlling costs to achieve financial targets
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in food service operations, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
