The Role of a Strata Manager

As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of 100 buildings with unique characteristics. This includes prestigious high-rise apartments and medium-sized schemes in local areas.

We are seeking a highly skilled candidate who has experience managing multiple building schemes and effectively communicating with clients and committee members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 100 buildings, including daily maintenance, insurance renewals, and conducting Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
  • Provide general management support to clients and committees
  • Collaborate closely with building management committees to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in strata management or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Hold a valid strata certificate
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Strata Act
