Strategic Workplace Giving Program Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a corporate partnerships team and support the implementation and delivery of workplace giving programs.
- Manage, implement, and grow innovative workplace giving initiatives.
- Engage and present to new prospects, developing longer-term funding sources and strong relationships.
- Support annual corporate volunteering programs for existing partners.
- Provide support to Corporate Partnerships Manager and Corporate Partnerships Coordinator.
- Manage communications and develop an annual campaign calendar.
- Work with Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to identify and implement donor journeys.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts, using data to inform future planning.

Description:
The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and/or fundraising experience. Demonstrated business acumen, analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills are essential. A positive can-do attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong work ethic are required.
